Product Overview

GCS device is suitable for power distribution system in power plant, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, textile, high-rise building and other industries. In large-scale power plants, petrochemical systems and other high degree of automation, the requirements of computer interface as a three-phase AC frequency of 50 (60) Hz, rated voltage of 380V (400V), (660V), rated current of 4000A and below the power generation and power supply system in the power distribution, centralized control of motors, reactive power compensation of the use of low-voltage complete power distribution equipment.

Fabric

1. The main frame is made of 8MF type open steel, and the two sides of the steel have mounting holes with modules of 20mm and 100mm and φ9.2mm respectively, which makes the internal installation flexible and convenient;

2. The main frame assembly form is designed as two types, fully assembled structure and partially (side frame and beam) welded structure for users to choose;

3. The functional rooms of the device are isolated from each other, and its compartments are divided into functional unit room, bus room and cable room, and the roles of each room are relatively independent;

4. Horizontal main busbar adopts flat arrangement behind the cabinet to enhance the ability of busbar to resist electric power, which is the basic measure to make the main circuit of the device have high short-circuit strength capability;

5. The design of the cable compartment makes it very convenient for cables to go up and down.

1. Improve the heat capacity of the adapter, significantly reduce the temperature rise due to the temperature rise of the adapter to the connector, cable head, spacer plate to bring additional temperature rise;

2. The separation between functional units and compartments is clear and reliable, so that the failure of one unit does not affect the work of other units and the failure is limited to the minimum;

3. The flat arrangement of busbar makes the dynamic and thermal stability of the device good, and it can withstand the impact of 80/176kA short-circuit current;

4. The number of circuits in a single cabinet of the MCC cabinet is as many as 22, giving full consideration to the needs of large stand-alone capacity power generation, petrochemical systems and other industries to automate the electric door (machine) group;

5. The connection between the device and the external cable is completed in the cable compartment, the cable can be up and down in and out of the current transformer device in the cable compartment, so that the installation and maintenance is convenient;

6. The same power distribution system, can be matched by the current-limiting reactor to limit the short-circuit current, stabilize the busbar voltage at a certain value, but also partially reduce the short-circuit strength of the components required;

7. The drawer unit has a sufficient number of secondary plugs (32 pairs for 1 unit and above, 20 pairs for 1/2 unit) to meet the requirements of the computer interface and the number of auto-control circuits to the connection point.
