Product Overview
Fully sealed oil-immersed transformer is suitable for AC 50Hz, rated working voltage 10KV and below in the power system, as a petroleum, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, light industry and other enterprises and dusty places of the distribution transformer.
Core Advantages
1. High-efficiency three-dimensional magnetic circuit design
Adopting 27ZH100 cold rolled silicon steel sheet, three-phase three-column three-dimensional symmetrical structure, the magnetic circuit is the shortest and completely balanced, the magnetic resistance is extremely low.
Triangular rolled iron core without joints, vacuum annealed to eliminate stress, maximum filling factor, excellent electromagnetic performance.
2. Strong heat dissipation safety winding
Copper core winding adopts corrugated oil channel + tight tape tying process, no paint immersion design for better heat dissipation; High-voltage tap changer operates with power off, regulation is safe and reliable.
3. Fully sealed corrugated fuel tanks
Corrugated wall oil tank with both heat dissipation and elastic compensation function, vacuum oil injection to isolate moisture, no oil storage cabinet design, anti-oxidation and maintenance-free, long oil life.
4. Intelligent protection and monitoring
Multiple safety protection: 80~1600kVA standard with pressure relief valve, optional gas relay (alarm/trip function).
Precise temperature control system: the whole system is equipped with oil immersion thermometer as standard, and more than 1000kVA is equipped with outdoor signal thermometer to monitor the oil temperature in real time.
