Product Overview

GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet is suitable for power plants, substations, factories, mines and other power users of AC 50Hz, rated working voltage 380V, rated working current up to 3150A power distribution system, as power, lighting and distribution equipment, power conversion, distribution and control of the GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinets are in accordance with the Ministry of Energy in charge of the superiors and the majority of power users and the design department of the requirements of the new low-voltage distribution cabinet. GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet is a new type of low-voltage distribution cabinet designed according to the requirements of the Ministry of Energy, power users and the design department. The product has high breaking capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability, flexible electrical program, convenient combination, series, practicality, novel structure, high protection level, and can be used as a low-voltage complete set of switchgear replacement products.

Conditions Of Use

1. The surrounding air temperature shall not be higher than +40℃, not lower than -5℃, and the average temperature within 24h shall not be higher than +35℃;

2. For indoor installation and use, the altitude of the place of use shall not exceed 2000m;

3. The relative humidity of the ambient air shall not exceed 50% at a maximum temperature of +40°C, and shall be permitted to be greater at lower temperatures (e.g. 90% at +2C°C) taking into account the effect of condensation which may occasionally occur as a result of changes in temperature;

4. The inclination of the equipment to the vertical plane when installing does not exceed 5°;

5. The equipment should be installed in a place free from violent vibration and shock, as well as in a place where the electrical components are not sufficiently corroded;

6. Users have special requirements can be negotiated with the manufacturer to solve.

Structural Characteristics

1. Cabinet structure: adopting the form of universal cabinet, the frame is assembled by 8MF cold-formed steel partially welded, and the parts are designed according to the modular principle with 20 mold mounting holes, which has a high coefficient of universality, and can realize pre-production, shorten the manufacturing cycle and improve the efficiency.

2. Heat dissipation design: the upper and lower ends of the cabinet are equipped with heat dissipation slots, forming a bottom-up natural ventilation channel, hot air from the upper end of the discharge, cold air from the lower end of the supplement into the cabinet, an effective solution to the problem of heat dissipation.

3. Aesthetic design: the golden ratio design cabinet shape and split size, so that the whole cabinet is beautiful and generous.

4. Door structure: the use of pivoting movable hinges connecting the frame, easy to install and disassemble, the door folding edge embedded in the mountain-shaped rubber strips to prevent direct collision between the door and the cabinet, to improve the level of protection.

5. Grounding protection: the instrument door is connected to the frame with multi-stranded soft copper wire, and the mounting parts are connected to the frame with knurled screws to form a complete grounding protection system.

6. Surface treatment: the top coat is made of polyester orange baking paint with strong adhesion, good texture and matte color tone to avoid glare effect and create a comfortable visual environment for the operators.

7. Practical design: the top cover can be removed, which is convenient for assembling and adjusting the main busbar on site, and the four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and transportation.

8. Protection level: the standard protection level is IP30, users can choose between IP20 and IP40 according to the environmental requirements.
