Product Overview

XGN66-12 type fixed enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is a new generation of high-voltage electrical complete sets of products of our company, which meets the requirements of the national standard GB3906 "-35kV AC metal-enclosed switchgear" and the Ministry of Electric Power's DLT404 "Ordering Technical Conditions for Indoor AC High-voltage Switchgear", and also meets the requirements of the international standard IEC60298 "Requirements for AC Metal-enclosed Switchgear and Controlgear for More than 1kW and Less Than 52kW". It also meets the requirements of international standard IEC60298 "Requirements for AC metal-enclosed switchgear and control equipment above 1kW and below 52kW. The product absorbs advanced foreign technology, it is small in size, only 50% of the size of an ordinary switchgear cabinet, the circuit breaker has the advantages of high reliability and good performance; "five-proof" interlocking mechanism is reliable and simple. Switchgear is a 3.6, 7.2, 12kV three-phase alternating current 50Hz single bus sectionalized indoor complete set of devices, as the acceptance and distribution of electrical energy. And it has the functions of controlling, protecting and monitoring the circuit, etc. It can be used in various types of power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, etc. It can also be combined with the ring network cabinet and applied in the opening and closing stations.

Conditions Of Use

1. The altitude does not exceed 1000m;

2. Ambient temperature: -25°C~+40°C, with average temperature not exceeding +35°C within 24 hours;

3. Horizontal inclination not more than 3°;

4. The intensity of the earthquake does not exceed magnitude 8;

5. No violent vibration and shock and explosion hazardous places.

Structural Characteristics

1. The cabinet is welded with high quality angle steel;

2. The circuit breaker room is located in the middle (lower) part of the cabinet, which is convenient for installation, commissioning and maintenance. Standardly equipped with VS1 circuit breaker and pressure release channel to ensure personal safety;

3. Adopting advanced and reliable rotary disconnecting switch, it can safely enter the breaker room for maintenance under the main busbar being energized;

4. The whole cabinet protection grade IP2X;

5. There is a reliable and fully functional mandatory mechanical locking device, simple and effective to achieve the "five security" requirements;

6. With reliable grounding system;

7. The door is equipped with an observation window, which can clearly observe the working status of the components in the cabinet;

8. The operating mechanism lock adopts the same XGN2-12 cabinet with JSXGN locking mechanism, simple, reliable, convenient and practical;

9. The inlet and outlet cables are lower than the front of the cabinet, which is convenient for users to connect.
