Product Overview
This product is absorbing the latest foreign advanced technology, combined with the actual situation of the domestic research and development, the whole product has a small size, easy installation and maintenance, low noise, low loss, anti-theft, overload capacity, full protection and so on. Suitable for new neighborhoods, green belts, parks, stations, hotels, construction sites, airports and other places.
ZMGF28-12/0.4 Combined box-type substation (American type) is suitable for 10KV ring network power supply, dual power supply or terminal power supply system, as a substation, metering, compensation control and protection device.
This product conforms to the following standards: GB/T17467-1998 "High-voltage and low-voltage pre-assembled substation"; DL/T537-93 "6-35KV box-type substation ordering technical conditions".
Conditions Of Use
Altitude not exceeding 1000m.
1.Ambient temperature: -35℃~+40℃.
2.Relative humidity: Daily average not more than 95%, monthly average not more than 90%.
3.Installation place: No fire, explosion danger, chemical corrosive gas and well-ventilated place, the ground inclination angle is not more than 3 °.
Functions And Features
1. Fully insulated, fully sealed, maintenance-free, reliable guarantee of personal safety;
2. Compact structure, volume is only 1/3-1/5 of the same capacity of the European variable, low height;
3. It can adopt split-box structure to avoid the pollution of oil in the transformer tank;
4. The high-voltage side adopts double fuses for full range protection, which greatly reduces the cost;
5. It can be used for ring network or terminal, and the cable head can be plugged and unplugged in 200A load current in emergency;
6. The box body adopts honeycomb double sandwich composite board, insulation and heat dissipation function;
7. The low-voltage side is equipped with an electronic phase-loss protector, which can quickly disconnect the main inlet switch when abnormal voltage occurs in the system;
8. Oil-immersed load switch or SF6 load switch on the high-voltage side, which can be upgraded electrically, laying the foundation for realizing distribution network automation;
9. Use oil-immersed S9 or better performance S11 series transformers.
